Precautions
Do not leave lanterns burning unattended!
Consider flora and fauna as well as nature reserves when using in nature!
Keep a safe distance from flammable objects. Do not place the lantern on a fragile surface Do not cover the lantern. Danger of fire!
Do not use gasoline or alcohol. Do not use oil with fragrances or dyes. Warning! Lantern shade and chimney become hot during use! Avoid burns always keep the lantern and its fuel away from children and animals! Wait for the lantern to cool completely after operation!
Do not refuel or discharge any fuel during operation!
After filling the lantern with fuel, lower it or hang it vertically. If the lantern has been filled with fuel, it is not suitable for transportation. As you can see from the sketch, if fuel is sloshing back and forth in the lantern, fuel may escape through the unsealed system.
Avoid overfilling: We recommend a maximum fill of 300 ml of fuel!
Turn the wick back in correctly: If the wick is not turned back in after it has been extinguished, it will continue to deliver fuel due to capillary action and then flow down through the burner outside the tank! Always store the lantern in a dry and cool place. Remove fuel completely before storing!!!!
