Important Notes for Glass Cup

1. About Breakage: Glass is fragile. Please inspect immediately upon opening the parcel. If you receive cracked, chipped or broken items, please take clear photos/videos of both broken goods and original package. Contact us within 15‑days after receipt for support. Claims without valid evidence cannot be accepted.

2. About Shipping Package: Items go through long‑distance international transit. We use thick foam for protection. Outer carton squeeze or minor dents are normal in logistics. Please check the glass cup itself instead of judging product condition only by box appearance.

3. About Spots & Marks: Tiny mold marks, dust spots or fingerprint smudges may occur during glass production, which are not defects. Most can be cleaned with warm water and detergent. For permanent dark spots or deep scratches that cannot be wiped off, please send photos to our customer service.
