Product introduction:

Magnetic levitation is mainly composed of coil, magnet, Hall sensor and drive circuit. On the contrary, when the distance from the sensor is very close, the sensor output value reduces the coil voltage duty ratio, and the coil magnetic force is weak. The magnet and suspended object depend on their own weight to keep away from the sensor, and the magnetic object is suspended by continuously adjusting the coil voltage duty ratio.

Usage method:

Placing suspended solids and precautions

1. After the equipment is powered on, the power indicator on the PCB board will be lit. At this time, hold the float from the bottom of the ring to the bottom of the coil slowly. At about 5cm, you will feel the force that the coil will absorb the float at this time. At this time, hold the float with one hand to feel the upward force, and use the other hand to adjust the sliding rheostat on the PCB board. When you feel that the two forces can almost balance, stop adjusting the sliding rheostat, Then slowly loosen the float to keep it stable. In this way, the float can be successfully floated. The sliding rheostat reduces the magnetic force clockwise and increases the magnetic force counterclockwise. The magnetic force cannot be too large or too small. The rotating position of the sliding rheostat can refer to the above picture.

2. The float must be powered off for cooling if it fails to be placed for many times (up to 5 times), otherwise it is easy to damage the element
