Q：How do I use the device? What is the first step?

A：Beginners can learn how to use the device by watching the instructional videos. The most important first step: You must connect the device to the OnelapFit APP, activate and set it up before you can use it. If you encounter any problems while using the device, please contactus immediately.

Q: Does this bike computer support map navigation? How many routes can be loaded?

A: It does not support map functions and does not display nearby streets; navigation is based on GPX files. Routes up to 300 kilometers long can be loaded, and up to 4 routes can be stored simultaneously.

Q: Why can't the road fork information be displayed?

A: Due to maintenance issues with the map resources, some roads are missing, which results in certain intersections not having turn-by-turn information during navigation.

Q：What languages does the CC700 support？

A：CC700 support 11 languages.（Including English, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, Portuguese, German, French, Polish, Traditional Chinese, and Russian）

Q：Why does my bike computer display inaccurate data after instaling a speed sensor?

A: The bike computer prioritizes the speed sensor data (wheel circumference x revolutions) over GPS. For accurate data, you must manually set the correct wheel circumference in the app. The CC700 does not calculate the wheel diameter automatically.
